So today we seem to have a slight banana theme. The snack of choice for tennis players everywhere, we will have a look at a recipe and the health benefits for banana loaf over on our recipe and TDF blog today. To start off with though, here is today’s menu:

Breakfast

Fresh Melon served with Organic Mixed Nut Butter and Wholemeal Rye Bread

Morning Snack            

Banana and Brazil Nuts

Lunch

Salad Nicoise with Free Range Chicken, Quail Eggs, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Celery and Balsamic Dressing

Afternoon Snack

Gluten Free Banana Loaf Slices served with Low Fat Crème Fraiche

Evening Meal

Wild Pacific Salmon Fillet topped with Salsa Verde and served with Mange Tout, Baby Corn and Wild Rice, Wholegrain Rice and Roasted Pepper Mix
